Thaddeus Young

Theo Ratliff and Donyell Marshall does not a second unit make, and I think that up and coming stud Thaddeus Young will struggle this year at small forward, a position that is appropriate for his size, but not necessarily for his skill set.  I'll be interested to see whether or not Young can transition well to a new position, or whether he will get lost in the shuffle in Elton Brand's shadow.
