I know it was only a preseason game, but the Giants defense demolished the Browns. I realize it was the Browns, a team that went 10-6 last year, but oh by the way their ten wins came from teams with a sub .500 record. But the way the defensive line man-handled the Browns O-line (one of the better ones in the league), I thought I was watching a preseason game of yest-er-year where the college champions played the professional champions. Who needs linebackers when you have a defensive line so incredibly dominant. The d-line was making most of the big plays. Forget about the old philosophy of the line hogging up blockers (pun intended) so the backers can make tackles. Barry Cofield and Fred Robbins were shedding blockers and making tackles l
