First off, I am a Filipino, proud and grateful to be born and raised in the Philippines.

We are one of the most basketball-crazed countries. If you look thru the history books of basketball, the Philippines is included in the very first tournament of basketball in the Olympics. The Philippines is the most dominating country in basketball in all of Southeast Asia and was once one of the basketball powerhouses in all of Asia. Filipinos love basketball more than any other sport in the world. Even soccer's not as appreciated here.

Also, the PBA or the Philippines Basketball Association is the second oldest professional basketball league in the world, next to the NBA. This league has been one of the foundations of sports in the Philippines.

I'm proud to be Filipino, proud to be Pinoy. Proud to have grown up as a basketball fanatic. I myself have played for my highschool team before and won a championship with Lourdes School of Mandaluyong. Basketball has been part of my life since I was 4 years old and I'm pretty sure that basketball would still be part of my life until my last dying moment on this earth.

Kevin Garnett has been my idol eversince and I believe that he is the complete player. He could lead a team, establish defense and impose himself offensively if he wants to.

The Boston Celtics is the best team because they have come up with the winning formula to capture a crown. Though many say that the "Big Three" does it all, we can't just disregard the bench and the role players who's ready to step up in any given situation.

Defense wins championships, the Celtics got that and they have won as well. When all is said and done, the Celtics have the right tools to acquire more banners in the rafters of the Boston Garden.
