Celtics Dragged in Game One
Last night the Celtics came out fatigued as we had the feeling they would. The Cs came out of the gates so slowly I felt as if we were watching the game in slow motion and the Orlando Magic took advantage by getting a 28 point lead in this game. But the Cs still put on the pressure at the end of the 3rd and were able to close a 28 point lead to a 4 point lead by the 4th quarter, pretty crazy, and let me tell you, the Cs had a lot of chances to take the lead and win this game, but the bounces just didn't go our way. MIT thinks that was the worst the Cs can play, and we will now win 4 in a row. G, Dato, and I aren't quite as confident; we all believe the Cs will win, but it may just take more than 4 games to get there. We believe it will go 7 and keep pace with last year's run. Last night the Cs showed us how they can beat Orlando!! Pierce can take control against them and when Ray hits his jumper and Rondo is hot, this series will really begin!! But I loved Scalabrine's hustle and Defense; Perkins played great on D. Howard, and Marbury came out great scoring a quick 8 points(in the 1st but we didn't get enough of it), and if these guys keep playing like this the Cs can and will be fine!!! So don't worry yet its only game 1. Game 2 Wednesday; so let's get some rest and show the Magic where they are!!! C-Nation Keeping it Real.

We ALMOST had it. If we had hit our free throws down the stretch (Rondo missed two BIG ONES) the game would have been ours. Of course if he hit any of those weak floaters that he front rimmed we would have won too. I guess you could say that about a lot of aspects of the game but those were two big ones that jumped out at me. When RR plays well we have a much higher chance of winning. Case and point why we lost last night. Guarantee he bounces back next game.
