The Rajon Rondo Show

The Boston Celtics got their 59th win of the season, and Rondo was the man! Rondo scored 31 points (33 is his career high), 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and had 3 steals-- amazing! The bench stepped up huge again outscoring the NJ bench, 33-9, with House leading the charge with 15 and Marbury being the back-up point guard. (He did the kind of job that the C's need come playoff time.)  Pierce and Ray Ray did their thing, holding the team together with great help from the big guys like Perkins. Big Baby, and Moore.  The Celts shot 51% and led the fast breaks by winning that battle 15-7, but the Nets battled tough like everyone who plays us does...and even though we led by more than 10 at times in this game, it still came down to the last shot which Carter took and missed giving the Celts the win by 2. A close game, but another win by the C's. Stay tuned--Friday we play the NBA's leading scorer D. Wade for the Miami Heat at 7:30 at the Garden. C U there!
